Beyond delivering lossless 4K Ultra HD clarity with 30X optical zoom, it features embedded two-way audio — and takes it further with AVer's Audio Processing AI, ensuring focused sound pickup on the patient. Compliant with IEC 60601-1-2 EMC standards, this medical grade PTZ camera also integrates an on-device clinical AI engine for real-time monitoring. When clinicians can see every detail and hear every word the patient says, care stays seamless — and every virtual round feels as natural as being there in person.

Effortless Camera Positioning: Zero-Lag Healthcare Workflow
Nurses can manually fine-tune the camera's position without needing to recalibrate, as the system retains its absolute positioning. This allows quick, intuitive adjustments while maintaining a smooth and uninterrupted care workflow.

Ready for Battery-Powered High-Mobility Care
Experience uninterrupted clinical workflows with a 12–24V wide voltage input and optional Wi-Fi® connectivity, enabling seamless integration with battery-powered medical carts. Image Stabilization ensures a steady, blur-free view for remote specialists — even when the cart is moving between wards.

Expandable Audio Coverage for Any Ward Layout
The MD331UI comes with a built-in two-way audio for seamless communication, and for larger environments or multi-bed wards where greater audio coverage is needed, an external speakerphone can also be connected to ensure every corner of the room is reached.

With its IR Night Vision feature and Fall / Bed Egress Detection AI, the device provides 24/7 monitoring and ensures immediate alerts to caregivers when adverse events occur, allowing for rapid response and thereby enhancing patient safety.

The MD331UI offers two key privacy features: Local Privacy Mode, which turns off the transmission of both audio and video, ensuring no information leaves the room, and the Mosaic function, which automatically detects and applies a mosaic effect to bodies or faces within the field of view.
